Rolling Recyclables: A Suitcase Market is open to all, whether you're a seasoned thrifter or just looking for a fun and unique shopping experience.

 

We welcome everyone to come and discover the amazing items on offer at beautiful Cleveland, and to join us in our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. You'll find a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with vendors who are passionate about their products and eager to share their stories with you.

 

So grab your suitcases (bring up to 3 suitcases) and head on over to Rolling Recyclables: A Suitcase Market - you never know what treasures you might find!

 

 

Items available on the day will vary market to market.  There will be clothing, shoes, vintage, baby goods, pet items, books, shoes, jewellery, records to name a few plus lovely shops to browse in the street. Most stallholders will only accept cash, ATM machines on street. Come for a wonder, you might score a bargain! Entry to shoppers is free.

 

To attend as a stall holder you must purchase a ticket, ticket price includes insurance.  Click link above. Limited spots available.

 

We will contact you once registered. Now get your items organised and your cash tin.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds except when the event is cancelled.

Terms & Conditions

1. Setup and Pack Down. All Stallholders must report to office and have names marked off by 8.45am.  Check in will open at 8am, spots allocated on arrival. Bring a picnic blanket, pillow, or chair. Sites are 1.5meters by 1meter. Pack up commences at 1pm.  Do not pack up early, if sold out see organiser. All stallholders need to be packed up by 2pm.

2. Sales No gazebos, fold out tables, clothing racks etc– everything must fit in your suitcase or cases, maximum 3 cases. Please note your cases must fit in your stall space, 1.5m x 1m.

3. Rolling Recyclables Please do not sell electrical items, items used for drugs, second hand underwear and make up. 

4. Rolling Recyclables is an outdoor market.  Please ensure you have sunscreen, hats and personal umbrellas. Local shops will have refreshments, so keep hydrated.

5. Cleveland Markets takes no responsibility for the safe keeping of personal property of stall holders or customers while at our event. Please keep important possessions on you.  The security of your takings, goods and personal items is your own responsibility.

6. Cleveland Markets is committed to workplace health and safety. We will have a trained first aid person plus first aid kit.  Please watch carrying suitcases. Cleveland Markets takes no responsibility for any injuries.

7. We have a NO Refund policy. We currently do not offer refunds for stall fees and cannot transfer your stall fees to another month or event. We will refund all stall fees if the event is cancelled by Cleveland Markets and only in this instance. If you do not agree with this policy, then please think carefully before you purchase your ticket online.

8. Remove all belongings, items and rubbish. We do not have the facilities to leave items behind, so please leave the area as you found it.

9. Covid-19 Safe Practices. All stall holders must adhere to any Covid-19 restrictions and measures. Please be responsible and sensible, do not come to the market if you are unwell, bring your own hand sanitiser, and notify our staff if there are any issues on the day.
